Legal
Acceptable Use Policy
The rules for using Axiom responsibly. Because Axiom can control a computer remotely, these rules exist to prevent misuse. Violating them can get your access suspended and may be illegal.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") is part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Axiom. Axiom is powerful software that can view and control devices remotely; with that power comes responsibility. By using Axiom, you agree to these rules.
2. Authorized access only
Only connect to devices you own or are clearly authorized to access.
You may use Axiom only to access or control (a) devices you own or lawfully possess, or (b) devices you have been expressly and currently authorized to access by the device's owner and by anyone whose data or privacy could be affected. You are responsible for obtaining and keeping proof of that authorization. Where the law requires notice or consent before accessing someone's device or recording anyone, you must provide it.
3. Prohibited uses
You must not use Axiom to:
- gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any device, account, network, system, or data (hacking or intrusion);
- install, deploy, or operate the Service on any device without the knowledge and consent of its owner and users, including any form of hidden, covert, or deceptive installation;
- conduct covert surveillance or monitoring, including stalkerware, spyware, or spying on a partner, family member, employee, or anyone else without lawful authorization and any legally required consent;
- engage in fraud, phishing, social-engineering, or technical-support scams, or impersonate any person or organization;

4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials, device IDs, and connection passwords secure and confidential.

5. The Service is a neutral tool
Axiom is a general-purpose tool. We do not monitor or control how you use it, and we do not endorse or take responsibility for your use. You are solely responsible for your conduct and for ensuring your use is lawful and authorized. This does not limit our right to enforce this AUP.
6. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement, with or without notice. We are not obligated to monitor use, and our decision not to act in any instance does not waive our right to act later. To report abuse or a violation of this AUP, email Showersafes@gmail.com with details.
