1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how Axiom uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage and pixels) on our websites and applications. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. "Local storage" is a similar browser mechanism used to store small amounts of data. These technologies let a website remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used. Cookies may be set by us ("first-party") or by third-party providers ("third-party").

3. Categories of cookies we use

Necessary storage supports Clerk authentication, fraud prevention where Stripe is used, security, and your saved cookie preference (axiom.cookie-consent.v1). These functions remain available when optional analytics are declined.

Optional analytics use PostHog and Vercel only after affirmative opt-in. Product session replay and automatic interaction capture are disabled. Optional marketing attribution (axiom.marketing-attribution.v1) stores campaign tags and a random client ID only after the same opt-in. The landing page address excludes its query string and the stored referral excludes paths and queries. This is not used to build cross-company advertising profiles.

The saved preference and marketing attribution are browser local storage, not ordinary cookies with an automatic expiry; they remain until replaced, withdrawn, or cleared. Withdrawing removes Axiom's local marketing attribution and clears PostHog persistence where accessible. Our code checks consent again before transmitting optional events, including after an SDK has loaded.

4. How we control cookies through providers

Clerk supplies necessary account authentication. Stripe supplies payment and fraud-prevention functions when you deliberately open checkout or the billing portal. PostHog and Vercel optional analytics are gated by your choice. Provider notices describe their own necessary functions. Declining optional analytics does not restrict core remote-access features or billing cancellation.

5. Your choices

Choose Accept or Decline in the banner. Reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time; choosing Decline withdraws a prior acceptance immediately. Browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track overrides acceptance and keeps optional analytics off. Your choice applies to this browser; you may need to set it again on another device or after clearing storage.

You can also delete cookies or local storage through your browser. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in. Requests about previously collected analytics can be sent to Ace@englishfamily.us; withdrawing stops future consent-based collection but does not itself erase all previously collected vendor data.

6. Changes
